Carver Peace Gardens Event Coming Up

I'm just coming home from a great weekend away, so I'll be in catch-up mode for the next few days with (most likely) not a whole lot to say. I do have a quick newsy bit this morning, though. Sam Jones of the Johnson City Carver Peace Gardens wanted me to share with you that that garden, along with the Johnson City Tree Streets Garden, will be having a year-end potluck dinner on Wednesday, September 21. It'll be at 6 p.m. in the picnic pavilion at Carver Park near downtown JC. That's also International Day of Peace. If you'd like more info, please comment here and I'll get you connected to Sam.
