Today's breakfast smoothie

Pomegranate Berry Smoothie
from Eating Well

2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup pomegranate juice (I used pom-cran blend b/c it's cheaper)
1 banana
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup water

Combine and blend.
Everybody at our house liked it.
