Go bananas!

Today's post courtesy not much time and Eating Well magazine: breakfast!


Banana Spice Smoothie

2 ripe bananas
2 cups vanilla kefir (or yogurt, which is what I've got)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
12 ice cubes

Blend and enjoy!
