We've all got Spring Fever! And no, our gardners don't exactly hibernate in winter :)
Excited about the coming months in the garden, Master Gardners have been busy these past few months building new raised beds, filing with lime & compost (manure blend), and making general preparations.
Here below you can see how the beds, now complete, are raised up from the ground, about 1 and 1/2 feet high, as compared to the 1/2-foot beds that we had last year. (see January 2013 Blog Post for pictures showing construction of these raised beds)
